How do I go about getting an estimate?
Do you have a minimum?
We accept orders of 24 or more for Screen Printing, and 10 or more for Embroidery.
Are there any setup fees?
For Screen Printing: there is a screen setup charge of $40. This is a one-time charge if you reorder anytime within 2 years. For Embroidery: We need a .DST to Embroider garments. Our .DST file charge is only $25 per logo.
Why do I need an extra white base color?
An underbase is a layer of ink (generally white or other light color) that is printed as a “base” on a dark shirt for other colors to sit on. We need this for the top colors to produce a bright, vibrant look.
What color garments need a white base added?
Dark garments which includes, but is not limited to, black, navy, purple, red, royal, green, yellow, gold, charcoal. Basically, any color that would not be considered pastel. If your shirt color is anything other than white or a pastel, you will likely need an under base.
Ash and Heather Gray garments can also, depending on the imprint needed, not need a white base.
What is your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround time for both Screen Printed and Embroidered garments is 7-10 business days from artwork approval. This includes delivery time. Projects with more complex designs or orders with extra add-ons may increase turnaround time. Any circumstances out of Peak Image Designs’ control (ie: weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turn around time estimate.
Can I mix and match shirt & ink colors?
Different shirt colors are okay as long as we’re screen printing or embroidering the same artwork on all garments. Additional fees may apply for the changing of ink colors.
